GBK refers to the kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. We currently run three age groups GBK classes, including Little Champions (3-7), Juniors (8-11) & Teens (12-17) . Each class is structure in a way to provide the best learning environment for each age group.


GB1 Fundamentals refers to the Gracie Barra fundamentals programs. These classes will focus on the basic building blocks of a strong Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu game, and are designed for all levels from complete beginners & up. 


GB2 Intermediate is the next step on your Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey, these classes are designed for students who have grasped the basic techniques, and have been training for a couple of months. GB2 classes do not replace your GB1 attendance, but work in partnership with them to continue developing strong understanding of BJJ. This class is most suitable for students who have attained at least 3 stripes on their white belt.


GB3 Advance the final step of development, and increase in complexity in technique, these classes are designed for students who have reached blue belt, and are looking to continue to advance.


No-Gi Grappling shares many similarities with the GB1, GB2 and GB3 programs, with the main difference being made in the uniform. No-Gi refers to the absence of a kimono (Gi) (suitable for all levels of grappling experience).


Live Training .  This session is added onto the end of normal classes, allowing for extra opportunity of sparring/rolling, and additional practice.

Open Mat   these sessions are run as an open class, meaning no structure or formal teaching is provided. This is a student led session, where attendees can roll, drill, stretch, or just drink coffee.


Muay Thai & Striking classesMuay Thai is the national sport of Thailand, and is a striking martial art that utilities punches, elbow strikes, knees and kicks. It is considered one of the most effective, and devastating of all of the striking martial arts. Once paired with grappling, such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay thai is a key foundation stone of many Mixed Martial Arts Practitioners. 


Yoga . Flexibility is the cornerstone of any healthy lifestyle, and as such we run a yoga class specifically for martial artist.

We do not currently offer yoga but will relaunch later in 2023!
