Our Lineage

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu lineage is considered one of the key aspects of preserving the purest form of the martial art.

We as practitioners are able to trace our teaching and learning back to the origins of BJJ in Brazil from the Gracie family themselves. Our lineage is much like a family tree, and from this you can see characteristics in the style of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and teaching method we offer at Gracie Barra Frome.

As one of my students, you'll join this illustrious family of Masters, Professors, teachers and world champions.
